On 12/29/2019 at approx. 8:13p.m. the Rehoboth Police Department received a 911 cellular call from a witness reporting a vehicle driving erratically on Slater Street in Rehoboth.  The caller reported the vehicle was traveling on wrong side of the roadway and in and out of its lane.  The witness was able to signal for the vehicle to pull over and reported the vehicle was stopped on at the corner of Brander Road and Slater Street.  Upon arrival Officer Ranley made contact with the driver who was identified as Jennifer GOUSIE, age 49, of Rehoboth.  Officers on scene conducted a roadside investigation and determined GOUSIE had been operating her motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor. GOUSIE was subsequently taken into custody and charged with OUI LIQUOR 2^nd Offense and Driving to Endanger.  GOUISE was later released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned in Taunton District Court on 12/30/19.
