On 10/19/2018 at approximately 10:50 PM the Rehoboth Police department received a call for a vehicle being driven erratically on Winthrop St. (Route 44) The caller stated that the vehicle was traveling in the opposite lane and was passing in a no passing zone at a high rate of speed. A short time later Ptlm. Lima found the vehicle in question and observed it traveling over the double yellow lines on the roadway. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the female operator. After a short investigation the operator of the Jeep Compass was taken into custody. She was transported to the station for booking and was later released on bail. Selina K.
