On 02/21/2018 at approximately 0630Hrs officers from the Rehoboth Police department along with the assistance of a Seekonk police K-9 unit responded to #254 Tremont St. to serve arrest warrants on George Lallier 12/06/1998 and his brother Richard Lallier 03/23/1992. Once inside the residence officers discovered George Lallier hiding inside a utility closet in the basement. George Lallier was taken into custody without incident. It was determined that Richard Lallier was not present at the residence, but officers got information that he was staying at #2 Carpenter St. in Seekonk, Ma. Rehoboth officers along with Seekonk officers responded to this address and Richard Lallier was apprehended without incident.
Both suspects were transported to the Rehoboth police station where they were booked and later transported to Taunton District Court for arraignment on charges that stem from an incident that had taken place at a residence on Ash St. in Rehoboth back in January. Both suspects have been charged with (5) counts of B&E Vehicle Nighttime for a felony, (2) counts Vandalize property, (1) count of Larceny under $250.00, and Conspiracy.
