On 09/12/2019 Rehoboth police responded to the area of Rt.44 and Rt.118 for the report of a vehicle being operated erratically.  Upon arriving to the area Ptlm. Scott Sousa observed a vehicle matching the description that had been given.  Ptlm. Sousa conducted a stop of this vehicle and was later assisted by Ptlm. Beaudion.  A roadside investigation which included standardized field sobriety tests was conducted and resulted in the arrest of 68 year old William Rosa of Bristol, RI.  Rosa was charged with OUI 2^nd offense and Negligent operation of a M/V. Rosa was later released on personal recognizance and will appear in Taunton district court on 09/13/2019 for arraignment.
