PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
All requests for police reports will be processed as quickly as possible. Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 66 Section 10 states, in part, that agencies are allowed 10 business days to fill such a request. If any issues arise during the processing of your request you will be notified by telephone or email. Payment should be in the form of check or money order made out to “Town of Rehoboth.” Do not make checks out to the Police Dept. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!
There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Requests for reports are estimated at $.05 per page (single or 2 sided) No fee will be charged for reports that are offered in electronic format. All other aspects of the regulation relating to cost estimates may be found at:
