The victim told police that she observed a maroon minivan traveling toward her at a very slow speed. She stated that the minivan contained 4 male subjects. The victim said that the minivan went up the road and turned around and headed back toward her. She described the vehicle driver as a white male in his late 20’s. The female jogger was at this point concerned that the men were coming back to abduct her. She ran and began yelling for help. Once again the vehicle went by her very slowly.
