On 05/17/2019, at approximately 0220hrs, Sgt. James Casey was monitoring traffic on Winthrop St. (Rte 44) when he observed a gray Ford Fusion traveling eastbound.  This vehicle came to a stop in the middle of the eastbound lane of travel.  Following this Sgt. Casey observed the vehicle cross the center line twice and the fog line twice.  Following these observations the vehicle was stopped just west of Rte 118.  Ptlm. Nicholas Miranda responded to the scene to assist with the investigation.  The operator was identified as 32 year old Talia Hender of Attleboro, Massachusetts.  Following the investigation Ms. Hender was taken into custody and subsequently charged with OUI liquor as well as operation of a motor vehicle as to endanger.  Ms. Hender released from custody on personal recognizance.  Ms. Hender is scheduled to appear in Taunton District Court on 05/17/2019 for arraignment.
